Nicole, Registered Nurse

I have always had an interest in maternal and child health and the birthing process and was able to foster this passion by working in labour and delivery as a registered nurse at a Women’s Hospital in British Columbia over the past 10 years. Over the years, I have had the honor to be present at many births of friends and families as a Doula. My background includes education in Health Sciences and Policy, Nursing and I am currently working on completing a Masters Degree in Health Studies. I currently work in specialized women’s health and continue to work in labour and delivery. Most of all I enjoy spending time with my husband, our gorgeous 3 year old daughter, sweet 2 year old boy and our new baby boy who made his appearance into the world on Halloween 2014! I look forward to being able to share with you my professional experience in birthing and my personal experiences as a mother of 3.
